Clinical microscopy Department
The clinical microscopy department is on the second floor. It provides services for analyzing,
diagnosing the haemology, urine condition and Porphyrin, and searching morbid in stool. |

Mycology Department
The mycology department is on the second floor. It provides many kinds of services as follow.
- Searching fungus, and cloning it in order to categorize many kinds of fungus from crust, skin, nails, hair, and other diagnosed matters such as sputum, sarc, pus, and medulla spinalis.
- Searching parasite from skin, and hair. |

Bacteriology Department
The bacteriology department is on the second floor. It diagnoses and clones bacteria. Additionally, it tests the effect of drugs on fungus, micro bacteria, leprosy, and tuberculosis cutis. |

Micro pathology Department
The micro pathology Department is on the second floor.It tests, analysis, and diagnoses morbid and the condition of the dermatosis patients' sarc by cutting their sarc and diagnosing it. |

Immunology Department
The immunology department is on the fourth floor. It tests lymph or searches antibody and protein from serum such as Antinuclear antibody, dsDNA antibody, Sm&RNP antibody, Cardiolipin antibody, Pemphigus antibody, Pemphigoid antibody, Rheumatoid factor, C3 cryoglobulin and Syphilis antibody, RPR, TPHA, FTA-Abs test. Furthermore, it searches antibody and protein from sarc by Direct Immunofluorescence method, searches morphine from urine, tests immunity and cure by DNCB

Radiobiology Department
The radiobiology department is on the second floor. It tests the patients who is supposed to have the dermatosis because of photo allergy by using Photo test and Photo patch test method Additionally, it diagnoses the cause of the illness to cure them by irradiating ultraviolet b.(Photo-chemotherapy)and taking medicine and irradiating ultraviolet a.(Photo-chemotherapy) together.

Contact and Occupational Dermatology Department
The contact and occupational dermatology department is on the third floor. It tests the patients who are supposed to have the medicinal allergy, and food allergy, by using the following methods:
1. Patch Test
The patch Test means patching the chemical on the patients' skin back then reading the results for forty-eight hours and ninety-six hours.
2. Prick Test
The prick test means pricking a little bit of skin then testing it by using the chemical and reading the result of the test for fifteen-twenty minutes. This method is used for the patients who are supposed to have rubber glove, seafood, vegetable and fruit allergy.
3. Intradermal Test
The intradermal test means injecting the suspicious medicine or chemical into the skin and reading the result of the test for fifteen – twenty minutes. This method is used for the patients who are supposed to have many kinds of medicinal allergy. |
